2-Tone Paint with Pinstriping

Here's a basic intro on how to do a 2-tone paint job with pinstriping:

Step 1: Find your car and outline the area you want to have as the 2nd color for your car with the polygonal lasso tool. Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Ctrl + V) this as a new layer.

Step 2: Go to Image > Adjustments > Desaturate (Ctrl + Shift + U). Now you can go to Hue & Saturation (Cntl + U), and check the colorize box to change the color.

Step 3: In your layers window, hover over the small icon for the new painted layer and Select Transparency. Go up to Select > Modify > Expand. You can make the pinstripe whatever size you want, but I don't suggest anything bigger than 3 pix. I chose 2 pix.

Step 4: Go to your background layer, Copy and Paste a new layer. Take this layer, Desaturate (Ctrl+Shift+U) it, then you can choose Hue and Saturation (Ctrl+U). Change your pinstripe color to your liking. I just used something that stood out for clarity.

Step 5: Use the Polygonal Lasso tool to cut any extra parts left over that you don't need. When you're done outlining, hit the Delete key.

Step 6: I changed up the color some to look better than what I had.
